An advertisement in Guns and Ammo magazine has for the last several months advertised collector grade K98k German Mausers for sale from Mitchell's Mausers. Has anyone had any experience with Mitchell ? or purchased one , Does anyone know if the rifles are renumbered and refinished, or are they really the genuine article ? Would appreciate any information.

IF you want a WW 2 K98k AND want to get screwed royaly when you buy one - buy it from the shysters at mitchels Mausers!!!
Renumbered parts, new made stocks, polished bolts(which the Germans Did Not do!) and refinished.
Their adds are just a half step short of fraudulant!!!
