S'G' 3650947, most likely towards the end of production, Nov-Dec 1943. But hard to say with S'G'. Does it have it's original barrel and is it dated?
Std Prod 2063636 around Oct-Nov 1943.
Win. 1318484 around Nov. 1943.
Rock-ola 4626289 around Mar-Apr 1944.

I'm thinking the barrel is orig. Is Underwood dated 6-43.
Seems like if it were a rebuild, the barrel would be dated later.

That’s when the serial number was stamped on the yet unfinished receiver not when the carbine was produced.
