Includes early English sword and blade making areas of Hounslow Heath and Shotley Bridge and the influential Cutlers Company of London. Also covers the many other craftsmen such as hilt, blade and scabbard makers and decorators as well as the goldsmith and silversmiths who decorated, mounted, assembled and sold swords.
