A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Bummer. I could see if they were handguns that they could be sold on the black market. I don't understand how the meth-head gets rid of those.

Several years ago at my local gunshow a collector got really lucky. He had about the same number of long guns(flintlocks, etc.) stolen from his home, on a Friday. The next morning, when the show opened up-in walk two gang banger types, cradling the antique rifles, like so much firewood. The collector walked over to the two security guards, who are off duty cops-and pointed out the rifles as his. An hour later, a paddy wagon showed up-his guns were returned, and the crooks went to jail. Good luck.

These weapons were displayed on the wall, secured with a 1/4" cable, which they cut (brought the cutters with them). They didn't find the safe with the rest of my weapons.
