Most of the book is about clandestine edged weapons used in WWII - thumb knives, instep and penetrating knives; garrotte knives of WWII; swagger stick, commando utility, mission and agent knives; the Fair Sword, Fairbairn's improved Smatchet; the CIA's 'Air America' knife. Gives a history and use of knives, makers, descriptions, specifications etc. Many weapons were used by the O.S.S. in WWII and British special forces.
