GunBroker Auction for US M1 Carbine Winchester (Mint)
Seller Says:
This gun is in mint condition. It is a Winchester with nice cartouches on the stock and it has a W on the barrel (but it is hard to see in the photos). In case anyone is wondering, there is a "Winchester" stamped on the top of the receiver, under the sight. I can not get a photo of this area. The bore is clean and bright. The bolt has all its blue finish. I comes with a sling and magazine holer with two mags in GI packaging. I also included a spare (used) magazine. Sold to FFL required.

For those that asked about stamp marks, this is what I can see without taking the rifle apart. Barrel has a "W", the reciever says "Winchester", the safety lever is stamped J.A.O., the rear site has an "H" inside of an emblem (see photo) and the magazine release is stamped with an "M". the stock is marked as shown in the photos.
