I slugged the barrels in my #4 MK 1*,s, one measures .314". and the other is .315". any suggestions on what bullet mold I should use? lead bullets should be .002", - .003", over bore size.

Aside from a custom mold that drops bullets at 0.317", your best bet is to get a custom 0.317" sizer from Lee and size down 8mm bullets of which there are a few (Lee's is a good one).

You're likely ok, as Lee Enfield chambers are typically generous in the neck area, but if those bullets then prove too large in the neck with the oversized bullets, you'll need to neck ream. Even if not, you'll find that your dies are sizing the neck down for 0.312" bullets and will need a good flare to seat the bullets - best to ream 2-3 thou off and accomodate the larger bullets for both chamber and dies.
