This book by Robert Spielauer is packed full of Mauser K-98 Pictures of Scopes and mounts of ww1 ,between the wars ,and ww2.A must buy for any German/Austrian Sniper Affecianados.Also included M-95 Steyr And others Rifles.As the saying goes"if one picture is worth a thousand words"then Robert 's book is worth A few million words alone.

I think it's the same book shown in the "For Sale Elsewhere" section of the Quartermaster Stores, which he's selling on eBay....

My copy just arrived in today's post .... :thup:
Huge book and lit's oaded with a ton of quality pics on a wide range of scopes. I think it's going to prove valuable to folks who focus on sniper rifles as their primary area of collecting interest. :)

Just got my copy of the 2nd edition..... :super:
557 pages of glossy paper photographs......
Well worth the price and a great addition to the advanced military collectors library. I give it :super: 2 thumbs up.

2nd printing is sold out.
Robert is now thinking of making the 3rd printing into a pocket book type format for easier carry and reference.
His forum has been hacked into and restarted from scratch.
