Good luck! This question was asked here before. The drawings were never released to the public by the Crown. UK rules reserve a lot of powers to the King/Queen that Americans have trouble understandind.

Your reverse engineering option is the search for thread, screw and bolt suppliers that make new parts. Look for their descriptions of the thread. Most of them are completely nonstandard to normal machine standards, because the particular pieces being held together need just the right amount of attachment grip and hold. And it is just the way things were done a century ago when the designs were more or less sealed.

If it'a No4 thread sizes you want, I'll have to disagree with ML above because they're all bog standard British Association thread form, available all over the world - as is the spec. The only ones that aren't are the stock bolt and breeching up thread - both whitworth. The bolt is a 20TPI thread over a diameter that should be simplicity itself to replicate

What's going to be a bit more difficult is making the parts you need the drawings for by reverse engineering. But if I was you, I'd save myself a whole lot of time and money by just buying them off the shelf where they're like VW beetle parts, available all over the world
