This thread is a regular feature of The Members Showcase (http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=184), designed for members to display pictures of their purchases made during the current month.

You can link directly to your pics at your own personal off-site web storage space, however, remember that MILSURPS.COM provides all Registered Members the ability to upload directly and store up to 4 Megabytes of personal pics (15 pics per post), which are automatically displayed as thumbnails in your posts. If you are a Contributing Member (click here) (http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=276), then the amount of storage space is UNLIMITED. Refer to the picture photo montage below, which demonstrates how pics uploaded to MILSURPS.COM are displayed at the bottom of an individual post.

If you're not sure how to upload or handle pics, then read the thread titled How do I upload or post images on MILSURPS.COM? (click here) (http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=242)

Show us all what great deals you made this month !!! :dancingbanana:

Badger

Not entirely a December purchase, but close enough.

A '44 BSA T with matching HBM Mk II scope. Windage adjustment was not fully functional so after a Peter Laidler repair she should be good for the next 60 years. For the experts...notice anything funny about the Mk II scope close up??

My favorite thing about Enfields is there ability to take on a new life after their original design is updated.

Below is two new No. 4 Mk 1/2 and 1/3, both converted from 1944 rifles, Maltby and LongBranch

1917 Remington M91 MN which was a Fin capture. What does the "D" stamp on the receiver signify?

More pics to follow:-)

The four other rifles are all wood bubba'd which I plan on resurrecting.

The D stamp indicates the rifle is chambered for Finnish "D" Ball. Which means it should shoot all 7.62x54R just fine, even the Russian stuff and the Finn machine gun ammo.

Santa was good, but I hate it when I find something else I want even more.

Anyways here are my "newest" toys that I think I will put up for an ungodly amount of money to see if anyone wants them really badly in a week or two. If they sell, great, if not no biggie as they are.........perfect........., besides having to be opened and import marked, but those are the rules.

Below if Four (4) unissued, consecutive serial numbered UF 1955 No. 4 Mk 2 rifles still in the wrap. Of interest is that the ink date stamp on the butt's have two March 1955 and two April 1955. So one can say two were wrapped for store March 31'st and then the other two were the first to be packed on April fools day.

Lance, They are a great find. Read on Surplusrifleforum some fellow buying one for $400 and then stripping and cleaning to use as a shooter. I realize it is his right to do so with his property, but I made me sad:-(
