Question on new CSP format

Haven't had much time to play on hear yet. How do I get rid of this Canadian looking maple leaf next to my name and get something a little neater, like the CSP logo, or a pic of my poor old doggy or something.

Nope, what you want to get rid of is the Avatar, go to Edit Avatar.
