I don't see why trade listings couldn't be posted right here in this CSP Forum. That way these listings would not get buried in the "Classifieds" section on this large site. Also we would know they are within the CSP Community.
On the other hand, there would be more exposure on the main Classifieds section.

Where are the WANT ADS to be placed? This is a little confusing. Want to buy some surplus military 30.06 ammunition either en-bloc clipped or loose. Here now in northeast PA. Anybody's got some to sell, please let me know. Thanks in advance . .

Great show, been going every year for past 15 years or so. Started going when it was at the old roller rink. Wish more shows were that good.

Matamoras??? Not being from PA . . . I don't know where that is . . . Sometimes go down to the Allentown show. Last two times there . . . I managed to buy a couple of M1 Garand rifles in private FTF deals. Got one the 1942 post-war rebuild for $525 and another with 1941 receiver for $575. Try to scrape up six or seven hundred and find an M1 rifle to buy. Been stock piling battle rifles and booze for the coming SHTF era. Will go over to the Quartermaster forum and check it out . . . Thanks for the heads up.

A thought occured to me that a "sub forum" entitled "Classifieds" could be added under the Jouster heading as M1's, Carbines and etc. are listed, if allowed by the main Forum administrators.
That way we would have our own CSP Classifieds section.

As you can appreciate, it's been incredibly busy week, so we've been working our way through what we can and can't do for CSP with our new host site. It's a bit of a teething project. As with most design things, it's the 80/20 rule.
The biggest challenge has been dealing with the folks suffering from "multiple personality disorder", who essentially login from the same computer using multiple names, which is a recipe for social disaster in any on-line community. Even with over 4,000 members, the regular Milsurps.Com community has never experienced anything like the magnitude it's been in the last week. In any event, we're getting through it... :banghead:
Many thanks to the CSP community for being so understanding and patient as we work through design, technical and people interaction issues. You guys have been great ... :clap:
I sure now know how a Walmart guard feels as the doors open on the U.S. Black Friday holiday ....... :yikes:

Reason I posted this thread: For Sale & Want to Buy Posts - Military Surplus Collectors Forums (http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=4958) was to allow an opportunity for our Community to buy/sell with a feeling or sense of secutity and be able to buy and sell parts and arms related directly to our sector within the vast array of Firearms.
