Hi Don ... :)

The Milsurps folks offer a completely free site to all of its members and now, that includes all of our CSP members. Some of their members choose to help out on a voluntary basis, which is called a Contributing Member and they get some extra privileges, which includes the ability to get their pics hosted directly on their server, much like PhotoBucket. That's not the same as uploading pics to posts, which EVERYONE can do regardless as to their status.
