Inland with a "3 in a circle" on bevel?

hey guys,

have you ever seen an Inland with a "3" inside a circle on the receiver bevel? It's roughly in the same place as the Underwood ordnance bomb/IBM's AO/NPM's U/etc.

it's definitely not an ordnance bomb, though: most distinctly looks like a 3 inside a circle.

any ideas?

If I had to guess, it would be Israel, but that is more like a WAG.
