Is this a old WWI colt sight and if so what would be its value

That's like what I needed for a 1918 a year ago. I think they were running about $25.

This rear sight is in bad shape... I can't see it being worth more than a buck !. When all dinged up and refinished...better off to give it away or toss it out.
