Wow, it really freaked me out when I couldn't find the old Jouster for a couple of days. Glad the good ole times will continue here!!! Thank you MILSURPS.COM!! Anyway, need to change the barrel of a mixmaster Winnie that has no more rifling, limited history so need your experiences on removing & re-installing the front sight, gas piston & barrels, TIA gentlemen! :wave:

Sarg. It may be easier to find a gun smith in your area. By the time you buy the proper tools and secure a vice to a solid bench, well, it ain't easy. There are several sellers on line who do sell the tools you would need. For starts, Front sight remover & installer, Gas piston nut wrench, & a set of Barrel Block & Receiver Wrench. Hope this helps. Williston Park, NY....Thanks guys!!! Luckily, I was able to talk to a friend of my brother in-law who is a carbine freak and has offered to change the barrel for me, he has the tools.
