no. 84 extension rear sght?

Could someone tell me what no. 84 extension sights are worth in very good condition, and is there a place to buy them?

I have had the price of about $125 quoted to me as an E-bay average. I am trying to help a friend find two of the thumbscrews (Top and elevation) for a Winchester 75 heavy barrel target model if you should happen to find a place with parts.

Thanks Big Larry and Edlman. Cool sight site! (sorry, couldn't resist!) impressive list of stuff. He even has a 1913 Warner-Swazey. Don 't want to even guess what that's going for.
