WTB enfield 1917 ejector and parts

    Hi everyone.

I am rebuilding an Enfield 1917. I almost finished the project, but some parts are still missing. I am looking for an 1917 ejector, a front sight blade, a stacking swivel and a stacking swivel mounting screw. Most important is the ejector. I alredy tried Numrich, but they want an extra of $25.00 !!! for international shipping. Maybe somebody can help me. I got also various rifle parts, trading is possible too.

    Thanks :-)
    Tom

You could try Springfield Sporters, but they don't say if they ship overseas or not.

Or you could try SARCO, I know they ship overseas, just not sure of their charges or policy's.

Are you missing the ejector or is it simply broken?
If the spring part is only broken, roughly between 1/2 and3/4 of the way up from the screw hole, cut two notches on the outside of the ejector just far enough apart that you can slip a coil spring over them. I used a shortened spring from a ball point pen and it works quite well.

Numrich would sell you something like that.
Now if you can't get the piling swivel from the states, keep in mind it's the SAME one used on the P14 and the screw will be the same. The front sight should also be the same as the P14, so getting it from the U.K might be a better idea

gunparts wont ship gunparts to Germanyicon, if you check with the customs laws, you see why, its not legal.
the only gunpart that can be shipped through customs is the wooden stock..thats it.

You may have misread my post. Gunparts in the U.S may not ship parts to Germanyicon, but Since the U.K. is part of the European Union, those parts should be avaliable from Englandicon. After the handgun ban in the U.K. lots of guns were sold to Germany to avoid getting them crushed. So parts should be no different.
