Hello all,
Here we go with the stupid question of the day. I am wondering what kind of metal a M7 bayonet is made of. Is it carbon steel?? Can it be welded on with a basic mig (wire feed) welder? I have seen where someone has extended the handle on one so it will fit the AR15 rifle. I have a couple that are in poor to fair condition I was thinking of doing the same thing. Thanks for any input.
