Just finished reading Call of Duty By Lynn "Buck Compton. A very good book. The first third of the book deals with his life before the service, the middle third with his military service, and the last third with his life after the war.
He was a collage football and baseball star, served in the "band of brothers", was an LA police officer, LA county Deputy DA, A appeals court judge and talk show host. As a DA he was the lead prosecutor in the Serhan Serhan case. well worth the money and time.
