Real or fake JLG Stamp on a stock

Would someone take a look at this stock, with a SA/JLG stamp, being offed on Ebay and tell me if it is real or fake. Ebay ID 291032462894.

Fake and the owner is pulling it. Happens to be someone I have helped in the past and he honestly didn't know it was fake. Rick B

You have to admit the fake is pretty good, especially the Ord wheel. The half stamp is clever, too.
