4th Annual Vets Appreciation Day
Attached are a few pictures of our Vets Appreciation Day event held yesterday. After a week of rain we had perfect weather with lots of sunshine and temperatures in the upper 70s. Attendees included vets from WWII through Iraq with a total attendance of around 450 or so. Participants also included the local high school JROTC, the Marine Corps, a number of Marine Corps recruits, the USO, the local Boy Scout troop, and private firearms collectors, not to mention numerous volunteers.

Vet Appreciation Day in Maryland
Jim, thanks for your post and the pictures. May I ask you where this event was held in Maryland? I live in the western part of the State, and I'd like to know if this is an annual event. My Scout Troop would very much like to attend such an event in the future. Many thanks in advance. Karl
