That's better, is that you sitting in YOUR Universal carrier?
Yes Jim thats me , , The colour scheme is British Brown #3 With disruptive black camo , its Italy Campaign , of the 50th Div , Royal Northumberland Fusiliers. I'm in the process now of stripping the paint , I'm painting OD 319 with Micky Mouse pattern Black Camo , for 6th Para in Arnhem of the Royal Ulster Rifles. I'll get more pics up soon . Actually what i'm Looking for is sum Bren Gun internal parts for 2 of my Bren's I'm converting to Blank firing only. Anyone here dealing in Bren Gun parts? Cheers
There is quite a lot of info on converting a Bren to blank firing mode on the Bren forum. But you need to decide whether you want to shoot crimped SHORT .303 blank or long nose blank as the magazines are different.
Have you thought about putting a Boys AT rifle in it?
I usually get swanson Hollywood blanks much better feed. Boye's AA tank Rifle Probably sum day I have the stowage brackets inside rear of carrier for the piece,
