Good morning! I recently had a friend send me some photos of the markings on his Trials No. 4. A few markings on the butt are a bit beyond my knowledge, so I thought I'd throw a few photos up on here for the group! Any help is appreciated!

It's a guess, but I think it could well be 'Base Workshops Singapore' & the month & year of the date it went through there....
That would definitely jive pretty well with the markings!

Nice rifle, it's a shame they stamped the England markings across those lovely Enfield trials markings...
