If it doesn't exist on the internet, does it exist? (Hotpoint Model 204EK104 Refurb)
After a mysterious accidental (?) unplugging of our old deep freeze, it seemed a good time to clean it out, kill the rust, repaint and replace the lid gasket. All was going well until the gasket replacement. With it's rounded corners, the new style gaskets just aren't quite right. But after many hours of fruitless searching on the "interwebs", I guess that's whats going to be used. But this poor old tank gets no mention anywhere on the net that I can find. So here's a tiny tribute to something that seems to have fallen through the cracks.

This freezer is probably older than I, but it is still an excellent unit.
After unloading it there were frozen spots for three days following with the power off!
No telling how long it sat unplugged. Not much actually thawed, though- it was the condensation that fell on the floor that was the tip off that something was amiss.
