I noticed this on eBay UK and the vendor thinks that it may be a leather spare barrel case for the bren. Was there such a thing as I've not seen one before?
I've seen the leather case for the cleaning rods/kit.

I seriously doubt it's for spare barrels. Box 50 of 71...
PL would be the best source for anything like this hopefully he will inform us as to the satchels correct use if not for a bren.
