I picked these up locally, color is blue not green as in the pics. Anyone ever run across these before, any idea of value?

Those are cool, but remember that a blueprint is an early form of photocopy. So those are copies not originals. Still worth something. They would look good framed and hanging on someone’s wall.
Also note that they will fade if exposed to light for very long.
Back in the day when I would research old highway plans, they were green..100 yrs ago. Very likely authentic. Blue prints came later on.
They look more like training aids, posters that would be on the walls or easel during marksmanship training. Familiarization, care, maintenance and operation on the rifle.
