Being as how they were under Nazi occupation they should have been marked with the German acceptance marks, i.e. bird with numbers. But to answer your question, yes they would have been made, would they have been called the Brno, I don't know. Most guns made during occupation were re-classified under German rule and called something different. HTH-SDH
Waffen Fabrik Brunn, BRNO DEFINITELY made rifles for the Germans in WW2. They were generally NOT marked BRNO though.
Most commonly encountered K98k's from that factory will be marked "dot" though they used some other codes durign the war as well.
