I am looking for a place that I can order or find some surplus .303 British Ammunition. I live in BC so if anybody knows a place to find surplus ammunition in southern BC it would help. Thanks

It's amazingly rare these days in Canada. I was tired of waiting and got the equipment to reload.

I haven't been able to find any surplus but you can get new ammo at sportsmansguide.com, and jgsales.com at decent prices.
Ok thanks, im was going to pick up some 303 dies anyways.
I also got sick of trying to find surplus 303 and started to reload. The consistancy that can be achieved in reloading is awesome and I find the price per round comparable to that of the last batch of surplus I found at a gunshow. It is very much worth the initial investment.
FWIW, I haven't seen any quality surplus down here in the US for about five years. All that turns up is 40's or 50's mixed Brit, or Paki. It does not get good reviews.
I would also have to say it is time to start reloading, and that reloading supplies have jumped in price too, but it is still the best deal in town.

I have been told that most of the surplus .303 is gone. I recently bought some 1941 Canadian .303 ammo loaded with cordite but it is berdan primed. You can buy the new Serbian stuff for a reasonable price at Del Selin gunsmith in Vernon, BC. Someone should start producing .303 ball commercially here in Canada.
P & S Militaria in Sherbrooke, Quebec has Canadian Issue Surplus FMJ .303 British, 48 rounds per Box, $25.00. The only trouble is that Jean will not mail it locally or to any other province, pick up only. I was thinking of getting CCX to pick some up and trucking it to Winnipeg.
Samco has some prices dont look too bad. Not sure if they can sell in Canada, but you can call and talk to them.
Welcome to Samco Global Arms, Inc.
I would like to mention that the Pakistani surplus has a very bad reputation.
Most lots have a high percentage of click-bangs, with a number of click-click no bangs.
Every once in a while, someone gets a good batch, but the odds are aginst you.
