Looks good to me, RM. I do have a couple questions. Internet rumors state that USGI parts will swap only with some hand fitting. True? And could this be because Rock Island tolerances are tighter?

I am sighting in an Armalite M15A4, 16 in barrel with both detachable carry handle and front sight at 50 yards (IAW Lt. Colonel Santose instructions). Ammo is Swiss surplus 5.6mm Gw Pat 90 (63 gr?)....

In Lt. Colonel Santose explanation of exceptions to battlesight zero (in TM9-1005-319-10), he states in paragraph 6 line 2 "Small aperture, nose to firing handle weld."
