Looks really nice. Love the look of the wood. If I'm not mistaken it should have a ZAMAC alloy buttplate on that Canadian beauty. PM me if you need one, I have a couple in the parts bin.

Just picked up this one on the weekend. Really nice 1942 dated Savage No4 Mk1 (no star). 8Cxxxx serial number with matching bolt. Everything Savage marked with the exception of the front sight blade....
