Shipments and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service with tracking and requiring signature. If you prefer Canada Post shipment insurance or some other delivery method than Canada Post, additional costs may apply, so please contact us BEFORE choosing another method. Whichever shipment choice you make, if that capabilty is available, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees are fixed by individual item and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, but not shipment insurance, which would be optional at your cost.  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
