Correct Cartouche for 1917 M1903 Springfield?

What is the correct cartouche for a M1903 Speingfield made in Aug - Sep 1917 Serial No: 693382? JFC, DAL or both? What is correct barrel date?

    Thanks,

    Curt

Possible JSA or WES, as well? I've seen JSA on some NRA Sales rifles from 1916. My 1915 NM (#605178) has JSA, as well.
