    Help IDing bayonet.

Hello all, looking to get an idea on who/what etc on this bayonet a buddy of mine picked up. Who may have manufactured the bayonet, what rifle it might have been made for and possibly an appx age.

    Thank you.

Just realized I don't have an overall length, but I'll get that from him and post that later.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Spanish M69 CETME bayonet. This is a very worn example and you can currently buy mint examples in scabbards for about $12-$25. They used to give them away free with purchase of an FR-8 rifle. They were used on the FR-7, FR-8 and CETME semi-auto rifles. Developed in 1959.
