    Lyman No. 25 sight for Krag?

    Anyone familiar with this sight? - it's new to me.

    KRAG RIFLE / LYMAN SIGHT #25 VERY RARE - eBay (item 120527373721 end time Feb-10-10 19:10:27 PST)

    Stroebel's book says the No. 25 is for the Lee Navy 6mm straight pull rifle.

    Lyman No 25 receiver sight

    The Lyman Centennial Journal 1878-1978 covers all Lyman sights, on page 82 they state the No 25 sight is for the Lee straight pull rifle. The hinged top or arm. on which was mounted the aparture, would rise and fall as the action was opened and closed. From the 1902 catalog
