    WCC M59 Ball Value?

I've got two unopened boxes of ammunition, marked:
    20 CARTRIDGES
    NATO CAL 7.62 MM
    BALL M59
    LOT WCC 6005

    WINCHESTER-WESTERN DIVISION
    OLIN MATHIESON CHEMICAL CORPORATION

Trying to get some info on these, such as date of production, and current value. These boxes are unopened, and in excellent condition. Thanks for any and all help on this.
