    Smiling Tiger Bolt

    Hello,

I have a Lee Enfield Rama IVth Smiling Tiger BSA Contract rifle. Serial number is 1091, but bolt is mismatched. I know it is a long shot, but any chance someone has this bolt or close to the number? I have a bolt numbered 84-- in there at the moment.

    Yours,
    Drachenblut

    Lee Enfield Carbine Bolts

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a few Lee enfield carbines with mismatched bolts and I'm guessing that there are a lot of LEC owners out there in the same predicament. I was thinking wouldn't it be great if we could at least get an all matching carbine. Even if that's not possible, just to get a bolt serial number that is closer to the rifle's serial number would be a plus.

I was thinking if we started listing the bolt serial numbers we have and the bolt serial numbers we need, perhaps some of us can get all matching carbines. Anyway, it was just a thought I wanted to pitch out there.

I for one have bolts serial numbers:

    9478
    8555
    183
    1974
    4059A (Lee Metford carbine)

Bolt serial numbers I'm looking for are:

    1668
    1984
    2479
    5319A(Lee Metford)

If we all post the mismatching bolt serial numbers and the desired bolt serial numbers here, what have we got to lose?

If you have the bolt serial number I'm looking for, let me know at
    bruce128@hotmail.com

    Thanks
