    Mk 1V lever

Apart from the stock cutout, are the levers interchangeable between
    111s and 1Vs ?
Opening the long lever to eject from a benchrest position is very awkward,
a shorter lever would make life easier

They are the same, however, wear on the part that contacts the block may make a difference in positioning the breechblock.
