    Turkish 8mm Mauser Questions...

Hi guys, I've got 140 rounds of Turkishicon 8mm ammo on stripper clips. This ammo is in what looks like cotton fabric bandoleers. I've had this stuff for a few years and I'd like to sell it but I don't have a clue on price and how to ship them. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure, but the Turk stuff I've had was of little value, mis-fires and very corrosive. We can buy 8 m/m ammo here pretty cheap, I just bought 400 rounds of 1980's vintage stuff from South Americaicon for $60.00 and the only reason I got it was the outstanding condition, HTH-SDH

I envy US citizens ability to own and shoot AK's, FAL, G3's, etc, but mostly I envy the supply of surplus ammo you guys have access to.

I lucked into 2 cases of Romanian 8x57 light ball a couple of years ago. It's very nice stuff. I've also got a good amount of Ecuadorian, Czechicon, and FNM that I've been hoarding since the late '80's. Even have 300+ rounds of FNM tracer and some war-time Germanicon made-for-export ball. I imagine milsurp guys still have lots of it squirreled away, but the only place you'll find significant quantities of milsurp ammo is at gunshows.

If they'd let me shoot my Bren, I'd certainly have a lot less of it.

And no, it's not for sale.
