Arrow Did you find Milsurps.Com through the GCA?

In early December 2009, the Garand Collectors Association graciously published a courtesy article about our site in their Garand Marketplace (Winter 09) edition.

I'd like to know how many of you who have joined the The Military Surplus Collectors Forums, have done so as the result of seeing that information in their publication and followed the link it provided to our site.

Simply answer the POLL above. We'll leave it open for a while to see if we can measure any meaningful results from it.

Thanks for your help and we appreciate your support.

    Regards,
    Doug (Badger)

    Badger,
I think you need at least one more voting option, just plain No.

I would normally agree Al, but the purpose of this particular poll is to try and identify the source of members who may have found us only through GCAicon's article, or someone else who had read it.

    Thanks ...

    Regards,
    Badger

I found this place as a result of the Joustericon hosting and I stuck around after they left. That may be an interesing poll as well.

I agree with Al. You ask a yes or no question and then don't give a no box. Your poll is not very well thought out.

Perhaps I'm phrasing it wrong, but I'm trying to get specific feedback about a specific event, not a general answer on how members found us. I might run a separate poll just on that later, but thank to you and Al for the suggestion and feedback.

For this one I just need to know how many members got here by reading the link in that particular CGA journal and if the answer to that is no, then did some other person who DID read that specific journal tell you about us, then you used the link they provided to get here.

    Regards,
    Badger

Unfortunately, I voted before I read the text -- I originally joined after hearing about the site from a friend. So reduce the total by one

No & No... I found this site doing a Google search for Lee-Enfield & stuck around. Good site, nice people .... even some of the Joustericon-ites turned out to be OK in my book.
