    Exclamation diffrent stamp on stock

Found this stamp on a heavy birch stock, only other markings were a plain uncircled "P" on grip. Found in trash can, previous owner was a friend of my fathers swears it came off a CMPicon gun 8 or 10 years back he showed me his two Garands just mix-masters with new Boyds stocks.. It only had about 10 small dings so inquired about it and he gave it to me, apparently I caught it just before garbage day.
I don't think I have anything of value at all but I have never seen this one anyone else?.

H.O.D. is the stamp for the Hawaii Ordinance Depot, which I believe was a repair/rebuild facility. The W.B. would be the inspector's initials. Someone correct me if I am mistaken.
