L1A1 Stock, Pistol Grip, and Flash Suppressor

My son recently bought two L1A1/FALs (Metric Receivers, most everything else inch pattern). One has a thumbhole stock (beyond ugly). Where can we buy a plastic/nylon L1A1 Stock and pistol grip with all the required screws/small parts to replace the thumbhole stock (American made a plus, but not essential)?

Also, both of the rifles came without flash suppressors (I know, we are working to get compliance parts to compensate). What does it take to put a flash suppressor/muzzlebrake on a plain barrel and where can we get the parts?
