Importing Parts Question

This is a question for the Canadian members I want purchase the following M1 Garand Parts from the US will customs have any problems letting them though?

Gas Cylinder and plug
Front site and screw
Front hand guard
Rear hand guard
Rear hand guard clip
Hand guard liner
Hand guard Ferrule
Lower Band

Just wanting to double check just in case customs doesn't like these for some reason.

Canadian customs does not have a problem with parts like that.

HOWEVER, without an export permit, you (or the dealer) may be violating US law. You need to check with ATF, DOS, and DOC(ommerce) regulations to be sure. Many dealers will ship regardless of the US law. Will that get you in trouble? Probably not, but the items may be seized if caught before they hit Canada.

If Brownells will ship it, it's probably fine as the items may not need a permit, or they may have a blanket permit in place.

If the part requires a permit, it requires a permit regardless of seller.

There's no license required if the total of the parts shipment is under $100. There is a reporting requirement that's required with US Customs and Border Patrol/Census so sellers that aren't registered in the system and reporting NLR, (No License Required), shipments are in violation of ITAR, (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and can be prosecuted if they get caught. If the shipment is over $100 in value, an export license is required via a registrant with PMDTC, US Dept. of State. The yearly registration is very expensive and that's why the process is quite expensive if you hire an exporter to do it correctly.
