    Question C Products 30rd .223/5.56 AR15/M16 aluminum mags ??

Does anyone have any experience with these magazines? The description reads:
"New C Products 30rd .223/5.56 curved aluminum magazine for AR15/M16 type Rifles. Feature Chrome Silicone Springs, Black Teflon coated Finish, and C-Products orange anti-tilt follower."
I haven't purchased any Ar-15 mags in a long time and am not familiar with the "orange anti-tilt follower".

I bought a case of them a couple of years ago and have been using four of them ever since. I have had no problems so the rest are still wrapped.

Quality went down during the big rush- sharp edges, "crunchy" sounding when the follower's depressed, etc. Still seem to work OK, though. I'm liking the "Bravo Company" branded ones rather better, currently.

The C-Products follower is stolen from the Magpul design- they were using Magpul's but the changed it ever so slightly and called it their own. "Dirty Pool" if you ask me, but Magpul was fairly gracious about it, from reading their industry posts.

I have about two dozen C-product mags and all have been fine, no feed problems, good fit and good finish wear.

Brownells is the current USGI supplier. Colt, Okay Industries, Adventure Line are all OK.

C Products are hit and miss.

MagPul PMags are the magazine to beat, and now have an NSN number so will be seen more and more on the battlefield.

I've purchased over 40 of these magazines, and all of them run like tops. Watch for Midway to put these on sale since everyone is all caught up in the Mag-Pul craze. Nothing wrong with Mag-Pul, but these are every bit as good and reliable. Bill T.
