    off topic BARS

    I was watching the Pacific part 2 I saw 03A3s( as previously discussed )shotguns, thompsons, risings, army M1s I did not see a single BAR team. You would think that the movie makers to be historically accurate would have BARs on screen.

    I counted 4 different times that BAR's were pictured. None were in firing scenes, but they were there in troop movements.

    Yes, they were in a least two episodes. Some with the bipod and some without.
