What's a tag search- or tag cloud?

Per the title, tags? tag cloud? how is this feature intended to be used?

Or do we get a tutorial on the new features of the post 01-07-2010 (july 1) Milsurps.com...

Hi ...

You'll see a button on the black navigation bar at the top of the screen called FAQ (click here) which stands for "Frequently Asked Questions".

Click on it and use the "Search" function to locate the phrase cloud tags.

Now, for another drama, if you don't mind, kind Sir, The thank you function (of which I seem to have formerly been king), now is giving fits as well. Usually a "V-bulletin" msg. come up saying I can't access this feature or some such. Click off the message and sometimes there's a thanks, sometimes not...plus the almost random script error message as mentioned in the "colours" thread.

Are you tired, yet?

I'm getting a bit punchy myself (work, work, work!), and this isn't helping. Progress is visible, but having to get back onto the site constantly after having been "errored" off is oh, welll...time for a 3-minute nap.
