Reload data recommendations needed for a 147 grain, steel core .308 boattaiiled w/c

I've recently acquired 500 Steel Core.308 147gr FMJSC-BT w/c. They are pulled with little or no marks and have been resized from Russianicon 7N13 Bullets (I don't understand what the seller means by this. They do not appear to be resized in any fashion)

Anyway, I currently own the Hornady 7th edition reloading manual (they obviously don't have any specs for this) and I'm looking for some recommendations.

I will be reloading into some Lake City and HXP once fired brass, using WLR primers and IMR4895 powder (Or Varget) and I'm looking for anyone who may have some experience loading these.

    Thanks. Toki
