Recommended gunsmith for building a NO 4 (T) reproduction?

I am interested in building something akin to a reproduction NO 4 (T). The scope will probably be a modern one for the present, as I intend to use the rifle for hunting and recreational shooting. I know that I can purchase the mounting pads, bracket and cheekpiece from Numrich arms; can anyone recommend a competent gunsmith in the NC or TX area to perform the work?
