    bent cases

    Hi chaps,
    New here.
    Can anyone enlighten me.
I have a sporterised No1Mk3. cycles OK accuracy is poor. barrell pitted.
    used brass is bent!!
extracted cases are warped to one side at the head about 1/4 inch fromt he head.
    Is this normal?
Could the action flex that much, if so could the poor fit of the forewood be the reason?\
    Thanks for your time
    Matt

    Undersized cases are your drama.

Nothing more to see here, move along! (Sorry, trying to keep this subject from spiraling out of control!)

Please reference another recent thread (one of many) titled something near to:
"No Wonder We're Losing the Battle!..."

See posts #33 and #35 particularly. Some of the rest wanders a bit, and may ruffle some feathers, but it's not wrong!

As far as poor accuracy, it could be any of a number of things.

ETA, some more: Sent PM apologizing for my rather harsh post!
