I've never seen that variation before, but NCO swords around here seem to be 300-500$US.

    Late war wood handle swords

Values vary, depending on condition. The earlier swords of this variation came with matching serials on the scabbard. This matching was terminated at some point on the scabbard and later models have no serial, even on the blade.
An excellent condition model of this sword will bring $600-$800.
    Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks all for the info, with money being tight all collectables have gone down in value. 500-600 is about fair today.

Johny that website is allways 2-3 times overpriced above the market value. If sombody pays that they don,t care and have money to burn . I have one matching ### vg+ clean, not for sale. The late war are scarce and the Atom bombs came fast and ended there war machine. I have a Hirosima Mazda Type 99 made a few months before the factory melted! Jap stuff is being very very collectable!

Sorry for the necro-post, but I sure wish I could find decent NCO swords in the $300-500 range!

Have seen two in the past year. The stupid thing is that the reproductions have extended to the NCO swords, and can fool the unwary. So now many folk such as at pawn shops won't pay much for the real thing in order to keep from getting burned. That's where the deals are to be found, but you must know what you are buying. Otherwise, it's best to pay the premium and buy from reputable collector/dealers.
